Help me choose between the two:

Hi, it's my first time posting here.

Please help me choose between the two laptops:
ASUS FX503VM which has i5-7300HQ and GTX 1060(6gb)
and
ASUS TUF FX504 which has i5-8300H and GTX 1050 Ti (4gb)

i slightly prefer the fx503 in other areas like it having a 64kwh battery (versus the 48kwh of the tuf fx504) and the presence of a USB socket on the right side of the laptop.

I'd like to ask in terms of performance alone. This will be used both for (school)work and gaming. Thanks

Definitely go with the GTX 1060 variant... is 40-50% faster in games compared to the 1050ti.

The i5 8300h should perform slightly better(it won't be noticeable) because of hyperthreading, but in games the one with the GTX 1060 will be much faster.
