I know I asked this before, but it's just that I like both of them, so I just can't decide. Can somebody break the aspects of these laptops out? I use them mainly for drawing, photo editing, (maybe) video editing (although my friend can do that for me), light gaming, and studying.
Edit #1: My configs:
Dell 7559: i7 6700HQ, 960M, 8GB RAM, 1TB hybrid HDD
Surface Pro 4: i5, 128GB SSD, 4GB RAM

Since the main purpose of these machines will be drawing i would recommend the surface pro 4 because of the pressure sensitive pen and display which are a must in photo editing . The Dell laptop also has a touchscreen but it doesn't have the pen pressure technology but it does have a dedicated gpu but the 17 integrated gpu is decent. So go for the Surface Pro 4.

Do you reckon that 4GB of RAM would be enough for Lightroom, Post production and photoshop

Yes, but barely, go for the 8gb config if you have the money.

Then you should wait for a discount or get more money because in the case of the surface pro you can't upgrade the ram later.

Or should I get the 7559 and get an additional Wacom pen display

Or that, but wouldn't the additional cost of the pen and tablet put you in the same situation ?

you are comparing two different categories here

i7-6700HQ VS i5-6300u

you are comparing 4 cores CPU VS 2 cores

There is no comparison here the i7 is double the speed ..

Then comes the GTX 960 .. ten times faster than the surface pro in graphics ..

The only thing that makes you choose the Surface Pro is the PEN .. and portability and thats it ...
