Help me decide which computer is best!

Hopefully someone's able to give me a little more insight, I am in the middle of deciding between to Desktop computers for my work.

My work will revolve around 3D/2D animation, Illustrator/Photoshop and Video editing (AE/Prem Pro).

Other than the difference in SSD and processor's between the two, I was wondering which graphics card will be able to efficiently handle my work load? My head goes towards the Ray Tracing of the RTX, and the obvious difference of the EPYC to the Xeon processor in the QR4. However I would appreciate some support before this costly purchase, and whether the difference in performance these would give me is viable?

Second computer is much better
But here the issue is the price, it’s worth one and a half times more expensive
Do you need an 8GB or 16GB graphics card?
It all depends on your requirements.

Intel Xeon W-2133 is installed in the first PC - this is more a server processor
