Hi,

I would suggest you to click on the windows button on the screen and try to run " troubleshooting ". If it works then select the particular sound issue that you are facing and run that troubleshooting. Secondly you can uninstall the sound driver and download the latest sound driver from the link : http/tinyurl.com/7ychesh .
