Help me fix a dead laptop

Dead laptop. I think its power delivery but I don't know. Here are some images for evaluation:

The faster I can get to the bottom of this the faster I can fix this machine.

Well what are pictures going to do. What does it have problems with? Does it not turn on at all? Make sure everything is plugged in right obviously for one.

It won't turn on at all. No power lights, nothing. Not a coil whine. That's why I'm thinking it's power delivery. Could be my charger though, I don't really know yet. I'll keep working on it.

No, but I bet you could find them online. It's older, so I can't really find them.
