Question help me my laptop keyboard is crazy

when i press s it appears lke thiºs and need to manually delete the º not only that when press x it comes out as qx and need to delete the q also esc is now left arrow and left arrow gets repeteadly pressed without me doing anything same for down arrow sometimes

It just kind of fixed itself idk how but it just did and that's it so not shure how I fixed it but of I recall just shut it down for a few hours or a day I think and it whas OK again
