how can I get my numbers off my old windows phone the phone is broke and I cant get in it

If your phone is software bricked then maybe I can help you restore it, but the good news is, while using a Windows phone you certainly used a microsoft account, if you remember that account mail's and password , than you can definitely go from your computer, use your Login then browse to the contacts section and Bam! Your contacts will be there..
