Help me please

My phone was stolen (tmobile) and the sim card was switched. will tmobile be able to track which sim card is in my phone and thus figure out which tmobile customer is currently using my phone?

If you report it stolen, they should be able to blacklist it and possibly triangluate it to figure out the location.

They won't tell you who has it or where; that's up to the police and/or insurance. Vigilante justice is generally a bad move.
