Help me select a $500 touchscreen laptop, I have choices and specs

Hi, this is my first time here. First of all thank you for this. I am looking to buy a laptop ($500) with a touch screen interface (Windows 8/8.1).

I have searched Amazon and I came up with two choices for my budget. The third one crosses my budget but I can consider if its a lot better.

I have only listed the specs which are different. Other specs like hard drive speed 5400 rpm and screen resolution 1366 x 768 pixels etc. seem to be the same. I can also consider other laptops if you have any suggestion. My searches might not have yielded the best ones I could get for my budget.

2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?
15 to 16 inches. The common one.

3. What screen resolution do you want?
I am satisfied with 1366 x 768 but HD screens won't be possible in my budget, would it?

4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
Portable Laptop

5. How much battery life do you need?
3 hours

6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
Don't want to play games but wouldn't hurt if it was able to run some old games like GTA IV.

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)
I want to do some photo editing with software like photoshop. I might be doing some video trimming with Adobe premiere at times.

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?
500 GB would be enough.

9. If you are considering specific sites to buy from, please post their links.
Not specific sites but I can buy from sites that deliver online to a Florida, US address.

10. How long do you want to keep your laptop?
3-4 years (if possible).

11. What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ?
Not compulsory.

12. Please tell us about the brands that you prefer to buy from them and the brands that you don't like and explain the reasons.
I don't prefer any brands over performance.

13. What country do you live in?
Nepal but someone in the US would be buying and bringing it for me.

14. Please tell us any additional information if needed.
You can suggest me laptops a little bit higher over my budget. It should be a new laptop that is purchased online and delivered to a US address. Can't order refurbished or second hand ones. I have been using an old Dell Studio 1555 for almost 4 years now for internet. I am still okay with its performance. The laptop is really old and is not portable because the cover broke.

Go for the V5. The AMD has a quad core, and a better gpu than that Intel 4400, which most of those are crap. Go for the V5 it'll be the best.
