Help me to choose a laptop..

i am a bit confused regarding which laptop to buy...i want to buy a laptop only of dell ,sony vaoi ,hp or asus.I will be using the laptop for daily purpose and would be running softwares like matlab, photoshop etc and sometimes for gaming which includes fifa, assassin creed..etc and i want my laptop to last for atleast 2-3 years.My budget is around Rs 30,000 (around $650 ).Due to low budget i was looking for a system with free os like dos,linux..etc.

Few laptops which i selected were

Suggest me another one if there is any better choice in this price range.....

I am bit sceptical about amd processors...as i haven't used it yet.Should i go for laptops with amd...?

For the money, you'd get a fairly good laptop for daily uses. You shouldn't expect great gaming performances.

DO you have screen preferences? Would you go for a portable Ultrabook of a desktop replacement? ASUS laptops are good with your budget. However HP laptops are getting very good feedback nowadays but you have to haev at least a hundred bucks to get a decent HP Envy.

regarding screen,i am satisfied with the ones in my budget.As such i don't have any preferences.
No ,i won't go for an ultrabook.

I think ASUS vivobook or zenbook are the great choices, you can find others laptop suit your needs on Best Laptops 2013.

My suggestion about laptop brand: Dell and ASUS
