Help me with my firewall

Please help me when i try to go open Windows Firewall with Advance Security
It keeps on loading and cant open it is there a way to fix this ? Please help me im dealing this problem for months

From an elevated command prompt (right-click and run as administrator), execute the following command below.

netsh advfirewall reset

You might have to reboot your computer after the command for changes to take effect.
