Help me with my laptop

Ok so my laptop connects to my wifi but if I try to load a web page or steam it says cannot display Web page at this moment can someone help me?

what browser do you use? If you use chrome try IE

Any firewalls installed? Does anything work like windowsupdate?

I use IE and I don't have any firewalls installed
