Solved! Help me with this.

Was resetting my ASUS computer, was at 50% turned off so I thought maybe it died. So I had plugged it in and the computer turned on to the ASUS logo, shut off turned back onto the logo and off again. Not sure what to do? any Ideas?

Hi there, had tried all of that, I was in the middle of resetting the entire computer since I was going to give it so I had factor reset everything, and it had died so I plugged the charger in and it went black then it went to the asus logo and off and continued to do it again, I am now on the prepare screen and did everything and nothing seems to work. not sure if I did something wrong.

Hard drive might have gone out, or the OS can't be loaded. Does your storage drive(s) show up in Asus BIOS setup (F2 key when booting the laptop, I believe)?

when I turn it on now, it just goes to automatic repair. Nothing seems to work to get back onto the computer. I had tried trouble shooting, the windows download tool. and not much I can do with the USB. tried a lot of codes with the command prompt. Just everytime I turn it on, automatically goes to the blue screen. any other information will help. I will try what I can.

Can you get far enough to run a restore point? You might have to use that USB to reinstall Windows altogether (hopefully your data is backed up).
