Hello,
I have a toshiba laptop and its running fine when its run on battery but when i plug into power source then its frequently restarting.
Its really makes me a mess,please help me to out of such pain
1. OS ok
2. power cord o.k

Why don't you contact Toshiba and complain. It's within warranty so they better fix this

Well, either the DC jack on your motherboard is faulty or the power supply is faulty. In either case you will have to dish out money to get it fixed. So yeah, best bet as wintermint said, call up toshiba and get some customer support manager on the phone, complain to him like no tomorrow and he might get it fixed for you for free.
