Solved! Help, my acer laptop won't boot up

Hi, I’ve encounter this issue when shut down my acer laptop running windows 10. I would be stuck at the loading screen with the acer logo. Another thing I’ve tried is restarting a couple of times to trigger the laptop to run automatic repairs but it led me to a black screen with a white cursor after loading “preparing automatic repairs”.

I’ve also found out after some mashing of keys that I can bring up this window “winpeshl.exe” and that ctrl+alt+del or ctrl+shift+esc is not working.

create a boot stick with the media creation tool and boot from it, try repairing windows with it
