help my asus in search of incredible keyboard is being weird

i need help please i cant type my computer keyboard is being weird sometimes when i type the letters repeat and i have to use another key to stop that repeating letter also some letters don't work but then they work again and it's really annoying. and please help also i spilled water on my keyboard last night because my hand was burnt from cooking also i had to smack my keyboard a lot to type all of these words/sentences so please help anyone 🙁

Is there a warranty on your computer/when did you but it because I'm pretty sure they come with standard warranties/what version is it.
