help,my phone won't turn back on and i tried charging it but the charging indicator won't turn on also. i remembered the battery was still at 17% when it turned off.. Please need help. ASAP

Try a different charger and cable. If those don't help, you could have bad charging port that needs to be fixed.

sounds like a bad charger..probably a loose wire either in the charger or maybe moisture inside ur phone
