HELP NEW Gaming Laptop!

Been looking at multiple YouTube reviews now and I think the HP Omen is the best so far. For around £1000, are there any better gaming laptops out there on the market? I'm looking for a solid computer which isn't too bulky that can run the latest games on at least high settings, at 60+ FPS.

No laptop in your price range will run the latest games on high or better at 60 fps. You will need a laptop with the newer nVidia 1060 or 1070 cards or the 980m. HP Omen has a 960m that is really a starter gaming video chip.
You need to pick 2 of those price, light weight or high gaming speed. Fast and light but expensive, fast cheaper but larger or small and cheaper but slower.
