HELP!!!! No audio out on my TV

I have LG tv and it has no AUDIO OUT
Is there any chance I could connect it to my amplifier and get sound from the external speakers
However what it has is
RGB in then it breaks in two sections
RGB (pc) and RGB dvi
Y Pb Pr (green blue red)
Audio in (RCA) red and white

Then some rca connectors are on the side
Mono audio L R (white and red)

Then on my amp I have AUDIO IN
white and red rca

Tv model is LG 42LF65
Please help

The manual for your TV shows an optical audio output on the back. You will need a DAC like this one to convert to analog RCA.

and cables.
This output is fixed so you will need to use the volume control on your amp.

I have purchased similar item from eBay yesterday after reading your message and it should be arriving any time so I hope it works they are also sending me an optical cable with it

That DAC should work fine if you set your TV to output in 2 channel. That may be your only option if there is no menu on the TV to change it.

your solution was spot on and it worked straight forward and now I have external speaker for my TV and the sound is great
