Help on keyboard

Hi i have the dell xps12 and the Keyboard is not working at all what shall I do pls

use an external keyboard and mouse to remove all your data and send it back in for warranty repair would be my guess if it's still under warranty.

Are you sure it's docking snugly to the keyboard base? no gaps or warping?
