HELP, Onkyo TX-SR805 not always turning on

I hear clicking like it's turning on but 50% of the time it doesn't turn on, I have to keep trying until it does, this true with both the remote and the physical button on the unit

The relay contacts can burn out, replace the relays probably. It may be a bad speaker too.
Try it without the speakers connected. Does it work every time now? If not, may be relays.

the clicking is definitely the relays not the speakers, I was thinking it might be the relays, where would I find these parts

Do what I said first. Don't assume that your speaker is good, check FIRST.
Where do you find the parts? electronics supply, like digikey.
You will not be able to change the relays yourself. You will need to have a technician do it for you.
When troubleshooting, don't assume anything.
