Help! Optical to hdmi? Converter?

So I'm a bit technology challenged. Well a lot. I have a sound bar with optical and port LG LAS350b and RCA tv RTU6549. Anyone know how the two of them can talk so they make music together? Probably some converter is needed (plse any links to buy it and instructions would be helpful) Thanks!

If I read the specs correctly, the sound bar also has "Portable in," or a 3.5mm stereo jack.
The specs on that TV suck, but you could probably either use the headphone out or the coaxial with an rca to stereo adapter.
These are just guesses.

TV has coaxial digital audio out. Soundbar has optical digital audio in.
You need converter from coaxial to optical audio.
