My price range is $500-700

I will be using this laptop for typical laptop things surfing the web, checking email, and occasionally playing games like tf2. I know can lower my price range and get something cheaper but I would like to get a quality machine that will last me a long time.

I am currently looking at these tell me what you think

I am a big fan of Asus. The 635m would perform well for your listed usage. Acer is a brand I tend to steer clear of.

The inside components in the Acer are the same as you will find in any of the other machines, however my experience is the keyboards tend to be particularly bad and I have seen a ton of problems with cracked cases around the corners and AC jack from pretty standard laptop use. I am not personally a fan of the build quality of their cases. If you are very careful with your stuff this may not be a problem, but if you are going to travel a lot with it, or it will be in situations where it is likely to be bumped around I would look at something else.

Thank you for all your help, I went with the Acer because I don't travel a lot and when I do I am very careful with my things.
