Question Help please! TV issue after update

I am experiencing an issue with my TV after a recent update. When I power on the TV, the logo appears, but then the screen goes black. The TV's green light remains solid, and the remote control is unresponsive. I've tried to hard reset the TV by following a few DIY videos but Im not sure if it's the correct way because this model only has 1 button in the back.

Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?

This won't help your issue at all, but this is exactly the reason why we buy DUMB tv's with no apps. We would rather add our own "boxes" externally. Hope you get answers soon!
