Question TV is stuck on boot loop.

I have a question about a problem with my TV.

This is Bauhn ATV55FHDED model LCD LED TV. The standby LED flashes. The back LEDS are working. The Logo appears on the screen. After 38 flashes everything goes off for a second. Again the standby LED flashes, the Back LEDs on, the logo appears and everything goes off after 38 flashes. This cycle continues in a loop without turning on.

I get the correct output voltages from the power board. I guess the motherboard is the problem.

I am unable to identify the chips other than the main chip, maspeds and the transistor on the motherboard. The output voltages of the mainboard are not marked on the board.
