help the screen of my phone broke and all my contacts are still on it

2days ago my screen broke of my samsung gt-e2530
is there any way to recover them and to put them on my new phone?
it still works just my screen broke thats all.

When you get your new phone the sales person at the cell phone store can transfer all the info on your old phone to the new one. If you already have the new phone and for some reason didn't have the transfer done for you try downloading the info onto your computer and then load it onto the new phone.
