help with acer aspire tablet

Acer aspire tablet turn on blue screen shows password box only. When i enter password another blue screen appears saying enter unlock password (key:set of numbers). What would cause this to happen?

There was a password set on it, we can't help with bypassing security. If you did not set it, check with whoever else may have used it. You can also check with Acer support.
