Question Help with Adobe 1.5

I seem to have screwed up the setting in Adobe Audition 1.5.

I now have a full-screen work area, but no left panel that contains the previous files. Can anyone help me resolve this?

Or is there a way to reset Adobe Audition 1.5 to the original settings? (Someone on YouTube said to start the program holding down the Shift key, but that didn't work. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!
