Solved! Help with android smartphone

Hi everyone
I have a galaxy 3, and my grandma has samsung j7. I want to take over her smartphone (like teamviewer on pc) so I can change some settings in her phone
Is that possible?

Helping you to access somebody else's phone? It's not gonna happen, not here.

If some settings need changing it can be done direct on the phone itself, remote access is unnecessary.
