So, my rooms dimensions are Length 26 ft height 9 ft breadth 12 fts and I have taken a few quotations which I will be mentioning below. Kindly please help me chose any one of them with the best budget or any of you can suggest me if anything better. Thank you.

I would personally lean towards Quotation 3. More of your money in the basic components and less into money making extras.
I also think that the dealer that gave you that quotation knows what better picture and sound is.
Hiding all the speakers behind the screen gives you a clean look. If your budget allowed for better floor standing speakers it would work better for music and movies. Ask that dealer for an alternate quote with box speakers, Might be out of your price range but it's worth checking that out.
I prefer Marantz to Denon receivers but both are good.
Yes it does have to play loud enough but it is more important that the sound be detailed at all low volumes. The more complex the soundtrack the more you will be able to hear all the many sounds that make it up without having to crank the volume up where it can be uncomfortable for many listeners.
