Help with Hp Pavilion g7-2010 nr

my laptop is a Hp pavilion g7-2010nr. My laptop died the other day and I just put it on the charger and have left it alone (i dont frquent much on it) and I went to get on it yesterday and it wouldnt turn on. None of the led lights are on nor does the charging light come on. The fan doesn't move and I have tried switching the batteries out and my laptop won't turn on or indicate any lights at all or make any noise. I need help in figuring out what exactly is wrong it. I checked the motherboard and it appears to be fine no cracks or anything I also checked the whole laptop for water damage and found nothing. I am at a lost from what to do

Did you check the voltage output of the charger?
