Help with me earbuds

I have mic input and audio input...... My apple earbuds has a mic.

When I put it in the mic input, it's not being recognized..help! IM YELLING AS HARD AS I CAN AND IT'S NOT DETECTING MY VOICE

you need an adaptor, your earbuds have a plug with three black lines. the PC and Mic are compatible with the 2 line plug.
