Got some queries about my Note 3, could anyone help me out here?

I know have gotta be specific just wanted to see if anyone would actually respond first. My biggest issue is that the 3G ust turns itself off when the screen is off but then turns back on when screen is on yet wifi never does that.

It sounds like you have some sort of battery saving app installed. Do you have something like Greenify installed? Some apps like that will cause the behavior you're describing to save battery life.
