Help with new ultrabook

Hello every. Glad to be part of the forum now

I just purchased a new laptop. Specs:

Toshiba U840-00Y
I3 second gen
4 gb ram
500 gb hdd/ 16 gb ssd
Windows 7

The os is not installed on the ssd. I know it is a hybrid and have some understanding of these drives, but is there any way to install the os on the ssd? I am not happy with the start up time for an ultrabook. And yes, I did remove the bloatware.

Please help, love the laptop except for this.

You don't have enough space on the ssd to put the os, you need at least 60GB.
