help with prepaid on sprint iphone ?

I still owe on my iphone 7 from Sprint, but cant afford the payments anymore. is there a prepaid card that can be just be put into the phone so it can keep being used, like I did with my T-,mobile a few years back?/

You need to have the phone unlocked, and if you own money on it, they will not unlock it.
