Help with sound it doesn't work

My sound has not been working for the past week. It has a little X next to the volume icon and it says no audio device is installed. So I did everything disable audio, enable, uninstall, re install, nothing. There is still a little yellow exclamation point next to the audio in device manager. So I bought a sound card (Creative SB0570L4) and it still does the same thing after I installed it! I don't know why is this happening! I've done everything I can possibly look up. So please help me with this problem! Specs if they help in anyway

Specs:
GIGABYTE 970A-D3
Creative SB0570L4
Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600 MHz
AMD Phenom II X4 965
XFX 7850 1GB Factory OC (Ran with DVI to monitor not HMDI)
Please help me in anyway possible.
The headsets I use are Turtle Beach X12s.

If the sound doesn't work with the discrete card...
1) did you change the default sound output to the card in Windows SOUND?
2) did you remember to move your speakers cables from the MB audio jacks to the card's jacks?
3) did you remember to move the FP Audio cable from the MB header to the card's header?
4) You may want to disable the MB sound in BIOS too.
