Hello,
My pc speakers play radio, don't want them to. Also when I play music or my games, I cannot hear the vocals or the characters talking. How do I fix please?!

Sounds like you should get an add-one sound card, either your onboard audio is poorly sheilded or went bad.

When you disconnect from the cable internet does the sound go away?
When you open your audio mixer and turn down the controls one at a time, does the sound go away?
This problem has been mentioned before, and was cured by lowering the mixer volume for windows media player.
