Solved! HELP!

Hello,
i recently bought a dell xps L501x.i uninstalled the preinstalled windows and installed a windows 7 64 bit which came with my laptop.
the problem i am facing is under device manager in others tab it is showing one "unknown network controller" and an "unknown device".you can see the pictures down here.
