Question Hero Strix G504 wont turn on

Hi im having problem with my laptop since last week. It's a newly bought G504 2060. It was working normally but I remember it always off slowly then will follow the problem that It can't be turn on. I always do the pushing the power button for 30 sec solution often since that solves the problem but now it wont turn on. and even when I charge it the led light isn't visible.

If it is brand new and giving you problems, take it back and have them replace it. No new device should give you problems.
