I'm going to say most likely no, since most mainstream laptops the GPU is soldered into the motherboard which means that you can't remove it.

Maxwell GPUs don't come socketed, they only come soldered

You're most likely not going to find one in that price range. The cheaper you go on laptops the more likely they are to have components soldered in and not replaceable. The high end laptops have a bit more modularity to them but it still isn't much.

About another $150 - $200 and Clevo has the P150SM that touts an MXM slot, allowing the GPU to be swapped out with another compatible GPU. No touch screen on the P150SM though.
