Hi! i am using lenovo laptop

cooling fan some time doesn't spinning and show FAN ERROR when i trun on my laptop after couple of second automatically trun off , then tried to fix the problem , i did clean up the cooling fan at the moment i saw cooing sink hasn't thermal pad

please what i do for the issue?

Sounds like you need a new fan.
