Hi i dont know what to do , i have issue with my windows 10 Toshiba i cilcked ESC and i didnt do anything, it keep saying I

i have a computer windows 10 toshiba
first it say Recovery pc repair
then it says press ESC, i am no expert, but now i dont know what to do it says InsydeH20 Setup utility but i didnt touch it, should i exit or what to do, because i dont know if its harming my computer and deleating everything .please help thanks.

Keep power-on button pressed until laptop turns off.
Then restart it.
