I don't think that is a "smart TV" so you would need to connect a BD player with streaming, media streamer (andoid, apple TV, or Roku) or a computer to the TV.
The Netflix app is on everything but to get HBO you need the HBO GO app. Make sure whatever you get has both apps available.
