First try updating your drivers. Should that not help...
Try starting up the device in "Safe Mode" and see if it works correctly in there. If it does, then I would scan the computer for viruses, malware, bad software, etc.
If the problem happens in "Safe Mode" as well, then it may be hardware, possibly the motherboard, that is having issues.
NOTE: If the device is still under warranty, contact the manufacturer.

As your computer restarts, press F8 (possibly a few times) to enter "Safe Mode"
