You could use them as either front L/R or surround L/R.
The problem using them as fronts is that you would want a center speaker voiced to work with them and there may never have been one. Try to find a KLH center with the same tweeter as your speakers if you can.
If you use them as rears it's probably overkill and may be hard to place them. You don't need large speakers as surrounds and while it's good if the match it's not that important.
They should not be difficult to drive so pretty much any av receiver will work with them.
You can get a subwoofer but it you use the KLH as fronts you would need a large one. You could add that later.

Any modern AVR (Audio-Video Receiver) will work with your speakers. You have to choose for yourself whether to go stereo route, or surround route (where you may want to get additional center and surround speakers).

Hi its Dedra again about the home theater system I also found a Sony 8ohms subwoofer speakers wanted to double check is the rockville PAP 6000 usb 19" 1000 watt 4 channel rack mount 2 channel or Technical Pro RxB32 or O nkyo TX-SR313 5.1 channel...Which one is a good choice

Don't know out of rockville ,Technical Pro or Onkyo will be the better choose for the pair klh 15" 150 watts ,Radio Shack 15" PA 150-300 max and five 50 watts tiny speakers and a 50 watt subwoofer
