Hi, I would like some help with my laptop I was cleaning it up and ended up deleting many system files or some kind of files which made all my apps not open, when I go to search something on the computer no program shows up all it says, is look up on internet explorer like when I looked up uninstall program it just showed the internet explorer app, but the Wi-Fi doesn't work either so I can't do anything, I tried resettingte laptop but it doesn't work either. PLZ help

I would suggest booting with a recovery disk and running Troubleshooting>Advanced Options> System Restore
Should that not work then run Startup Repair from the same location
Lastly Select Startup Setting & Restart will boot to Safe mode where you can run sfc /scannow from an admin level cmd prompt (right click on the cmd program that is in accessories and then select Run as Admin).

If all those fail you will have to try using the Factory Restore Option your laptop should have built in. This is usually accessed pressing an F-Key during tyhe laptop boot process and is presented at the same time the 'Press XXX to Enter Bios' message is displayed.

If that doesn't help, you are probably left with

Actually, if you want to the fastest way to get back up and don't mind reinstalling everything, then just runt he Factory Restore and skip the rest.

This is the most useful thing about having a backup, not an hour later and your back up and running right where you left off. You may want to consider getting one if you find this too cumbersome to deal with.
