Hi, my galaxy s4 screen has gone blank and i need to back up my files on the phone to my computee, how can i do this.

I need to back up my galaxy s4, the screen has gone totally blank and I might need to replace my phone. I need all the files on the phone.

Pull the battery then put it back. This will cause the phone to restart.
