Hi my TV picture is all scrambled any ideas my free view says 100% signal not TV as can watch DVDs and recorded things it does

Hi my TV picture is scrambled colour is perfect TV is not old aerial is yr old has to go through booster to get a signal at all free view says its got 100% signal please help too skint to get someone in have checked wires tried retuning help

Try without the booster, boosters also boost interference.

Thanks I took booster off and can now get BBC channels but nothing else do I need new booster ?

Have you retuned again and checked signal strength in your area:

http/www.freeview.co.uk/channels-at-your-address

and also where your nearest transmitter is

http/https/ukfree.tv/maps/freeview

the aerial may need adjusting but if it on the roof or somewhere hard to access in the loft make sure you get a professional to do it.

Yes retuned and it picked up all channels in menu but picture still scrambled

The aerial is on front of house not roof but can't have moved at all only thing I can think is the booster needs changing was told it was new 4g aerial but surely that must be sorted by now
