High Definition Audio Controller Code 10

For almost a month my audio has not been working at all.
In device manager, there are two "High Definition Audio Controller", and they have an error which says:
This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API.

This occurred after a restart, and I have absolutely NO clue how to fix it, I've looked everywhere, I cleaned my registry, that didn't help, scanned my PC with an anti-virus, fixed whatever, still doesn't work. My last resort would be to simply wipe my hard drive, but before I do that, I'll ask for help.

Did you try restoring your system from a point before the problem started?
