Ok, so I logged on one day to find that my computer was saying that there was no audio peripherals plugged in when there were. My Razer headset was plugged into the audio jacks. Now when I check the device manager under the sounds, games, and etc. tab everything is good. But, I have to copies of High Definition Audio Driver and one is marked with a yellow check mark stating there is a code 10 error. I have the most up to date windows and I've tried updating and reinstalling my drivers countless times. Any help is appreciated.
PC Specs.
Intel i7-8700 GPU processor
16gb RAM
NVIDIA GTX 1060

Solution
Try uninstalling both devices. Do a restart afterwards for good measure.
Upon restart it should try automatically to install the latest drivers.
If not, go to device manager and do it from there.

If you also know the exact model of your audio card/chipset, you can go and download the latest drivers from there and use those for the fresh device that will be found in device manager.
